Reward refunds

Once the booking has been confirmed, the Miles will be deducted from your Skywards account immediately. Miles redeemed for the reward ticket on easyJet are non-refundable.

Refunds are not permitted on easyJet tickets except for:

Booking cancellation made within 24hrs after the ticket issuance. However, Expired Miles will not be refunded.

Flight cancellation by easyJet due to flight disruption.

If your flights are cancelled by easyJet, you will be notified by easyJet at your registered email address and will be given the option to transfer to an alternative date or request a refund.
General

Skywards Miles can be redeemed online for easyJet flights and will be deducted from your account at the time of the booking.

Skysurfers members cannot redeem their Skywards Miles for reward tickets with easyJet.

Fares include government taxes, airport and admin fees only, any other charges or local taxes are excluded.

Reward flights are displayed per sector (for one way or round trip) and are subject to availability with easyJet.

easyJet flights must be confirmed at the time of Miles redemption. Waitlists are not permitted.

Reward tickets are valid on flights operated by easyJet only.

easyJet reward flights are valid only for the flight and date originally reserved. Failure to travel on the reserved flight and date will result in the forfeiture of the reward ticket.

Reward ticket coupons cannot be used out of sequence.

Reward tickets for children require the same amount of Miles spend as an adult reward ticket.

Infants under two weeks are not accepted for travel. Infants between two weeks and two years of age will be charged at a discounted reward level.

Any amendments or additions to your booking once completed are not permitted and can only be made directly with easyJet. Skywards Miles cannot be used to pay for any changes.

Miles can be redeemed for optional extras specified on the easyJet website at the time of initial booking only or directly with easyJet as a cash option.

You will receive a booking confirmation email stating the total Miles redeemed for your reward. You may also receive a flight confirmation email from easyJet which makes reference to a payment amount and a Master card number. Please ignore this information as it is for internal processing purposes only.

After your booking has been confirmed, your Miles will be deducted from your Skywards account and you will receive confirmation email from Skywards to the email address registered in your Emirates Skywards profile.
You will also receive a confirmation email from easyJet with your flight details.
