Reward refunds

Once the booking has been made by you, the applicable Skywards Miles will be deducted from your Skywards account immediately. Skywards Miles redeemed for a Reward ticket for travel on easyJet or Jet2 (each a “Partner Airline”) are non-refundable unless such ticket would be eligible for a refund under the applicable Partner Airline’s fare rules (https://www.easyjet.com/en/terms-and-conditions) or (https://www.jet2.com/terms). Any expired Skywards Miles will not be refunded.

If your flight is cancelled by the Partner Airline, you will be notified by the Partner Airline via the email address/contact number provided by you at the time of booking.

Refunds shall be limited to a refund of Skywards Miles only. In no event, shall Emirates or the Partner Airline be liable for a cash refund.

Skywards Miles can be redeemed online only for Reward tickets for travel on a Partner Airline and will be deducted from your Skywards account at the time of the booking. Once you have successfully completed the booking process, Emirates will send a confirmation of the booking and the Partner Airline will issue the Reward ticket, to the email address provided by you at the time of booking.

Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible for redemption of Skywards Miles for Reward tickets for travel with Partner Airlines.

Fares include applicable taxes, fees and carrier imposed surcharges.

If you elect to check in for your flight at the airport, you may be charged an admin fee by the Partner Airline. Skywards Miles cannot be redeemed towards payment of such fee at such time.

Reward tickets are valid only for the itinerary originally booked by you. Failure to travel on such itinerary may result in the forfeiture of the Reward ticket.

The Skywards Miles spend for Reward tickets for children (ages 2 to 12) is the same as that of an adult Reward ticket.

Skywards Miles cannot be redeemed to book Reward tickets for infants under 2 weeks of age on the date of travel.

Changes to your booking once completed are not permitted, unless agreed by the relevant Partner Airline. Any such changes can only be made directly with the Partner Airline and may incur additional fees. Skywards Miles cannot be used to pay for any such changes.

Skywards Miles can be redeemed for optional extras specified at the time of initial booking only or optional extras can be purchased subsequently directly from the Partner Airline using cash.

Skywards Miles will not be accrued on any travel on a Partner Airline where such travel is booked using only Skywards Miles.

Reward tickets and Partner Airline optional extras are also subject to the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules (https://www.emirates.com/ae/english/skywards/emirates-skywards-programme-rules/) and the applicable Partner Airline terms and conditions https://www.easyjet.com/en/terms-and-conditions or https://www.jet2.com/terms.

Emirates reserves the right to modify redemption rules and Partner Airline participation at any time without prior notice.
